just an update to a post from the other day... i went to my doctors today and ask would it be ok has i dont feel that bad if the seretide 500 i am already on 2 puffs a day would it be ok to take just one puff and my gp said that i can try and if i have any breathing problems to just go back to 2 puffs so i will try and see how i get on

That's the way to do it music, glad to hear your doctor is willing to let you try. Good luck hope it works, but don't hesitate to go back to higher dose if you don't feel good.
