E Cigs

Anybody using e cigs suffering any side affects? Thanks

Im using them and have never managed to stop smoking with any other method. Had no side effects at all ...slightly sore tongue when i first stopped but dentist informed thats normal when stopping smoking. Im really impressed with the fact that theyve worked for me and I know there is controversy surrounding there safety..but think on balance if theyve got me off cigs..thats gotta be a gud thing and they arent as harmful as smoking....

Yes recently changed brands. Feeling light headed. Looked on internet, it could be too much nicotine in my system.

I used them, but gave myself a time limit so not to use them for recreation

purposes. Easy peasy to give up.

Good luck, I know there is a lot of scare mongering going on, but a month

on ecigs can hardly be long enough to cause ill health should there be any

toxins. And of course, as you mentioned, better a short spell on them rather

than cigs.

You can lower the nicotine content gradually im on 0% now...I found the higher ones too strong...good luck xx

I switched to E-ciggies two years ago. I have had no problems or side effects. I have saved a shed load of money though.

I have been using e.cigs for about 2 months. They are great and I don't even want a real cig any more. I tried Champix(which made me feel very sick) plus patches, gum etc, all of which did not work long term. I have had no side effects and feel a lot better than when I was smoking.

Not sure who youre asking ..but I use clearmist ecig with fluid from totally wicked..and have had ecigs from toy wicked..both gud..all available online x

ive bin usin 10 motives electronic cig for 5 wks now. not had a real cig and had no side affects. ive got copd. ive bin much better since i stopped smoking.
