Really sad just found out someone who used to follow me round like a pup (many moons ago) has died, you loose touch & then there is never a chance to catch up & laugh & the silly things that happened when we were young 
damn shame, I,d just had a pic posted by my daughter on my wall & there were a few faces I had,nt seen for 30 yrs, when I asked for an update to see if we could catch up 3 were gone

I'm still not moving from behind the sofa ..... totally traumatised me as a kid, they did.

Pork chop, chips(home made), grilled toms, mushrooms, double eggs and side salad. Oh! and bread and butter for chip butty. 
Not on holiday yet just been busy with my widows group and meetings and guess what we are off for a short break next week to Whitby & the Pickering railway. Only two days but two days is better than none. Hope the weather stays dry it's forcast to be cooler, next week. Have a good bank holiday weekend everyone

Hello! I've just driven a 130-mile round trip to collect my drugs, tired now, just going to have chicken salad followed by strawberries and watch some tv. I know how to live!!

Dr Who may be on in the other room but I'm on the PC doing all sorts, answering PM, doing some discs for my brother, getting ready to have a bite to eat - we had a big dinner, late, so not felt peckish until now.
Weekend, Bank Holiday, whatever, they're all the same here. Wife works funny shifts so is out from crack of dawn until it gets dark again and she swaps and changes from week to week. The days she works one week are the ones she has off the week after, weekends and holiday alike.
Then again, she has next week off. She has to use her holidays up, or will lose them. We keep waiting for Camelot to send a lottery cheque our way, but it's not arrived yet. I've not even got a ticket for tonight as I've not been able to get out today, wife's working so she has the car.
Hey, we may even see Katieoxo60 next week - we are supposed to be going up that way to visit the wife's sister near Goathland, she lives right next to the railway, less than half a mile down the incline from Goathland station Ours will only be a day trip though.
I've just got back from mine, hence my recent blogs - and yes, I intend to put some pictures on soon now I've got them off my camera onto the pc. Only trouble is I've not felt very well since Wednesday, my oxygen sats are lower than usual and I've spent a lot of time in bed, that is when I'm not throwing up.
I started on the antibiotics and steroids on Thursday, just in case and last night I just couldn't get to sleep - mainly, I think, because I'd had already had too much !! I'm feeling a little better today and hope to be chipper tomorrow when I get to meet my new great nephew for the first time. Tyler James was born last week and weighed in at 5lbs 10oz. Mother and baby doing fantastically well, I hear
