DUORESP SPIROMAX

In the middle of changing inhalers. Tried Fostair but has not worked at all for me.

I am now going to be trying DUORESP SPIROMAX. I have never heard of this but respiratory nurse thinks it is worth a try. Has anyone used this and how have they got on with it please?

Many thanks for any replies. I do appreciate that not everything suits everyone, but hopefully this will stop the breathlessness.

Spiromax is "generic" (cheaper) Symbicort .. I took it for years and then had to change

Hi I use this and works well for me, i sometimes am given spiromax or symbicort both are good I've found

Did it take a while to get into your system or was it instant? I’m slightly nervous about trying yet another inhaler!

well I've been on symbicort for years and they are the same medicine just I think spiromax is a bit cheaper. I think it can take a few days or weeks for it to get into the system properly, can't remember how long for me but it deffo helps
