I've recently started taking my montelukast in the morning rather than the evening as it was causing very strange, vivid dreams. The dreams are now gone, but my asthma control has got noticeably worse, needing Ventolin regularly throughout the day.
Has this happened to anyone else before?

In order to reduce the number of vivid dreams I tried taking Montelukast in the morning but its effectiveness appeared to be affected so I now take in with dinner and by 8pm. That's really worked well for me.
I would speak to your asthma nurse/gp. It doesn’t work for everyone. It could be a different trigger that’s coincided with the new medication as temperature changes and viruses often trigger asthma. Mines flared up again and probably because it’s getting colder now.
