What do the UK govt class as severe asthma? I have been admitted to hospital twice in the last 2 years and been on steroids 5 times since Christmas. Ive gone from Symbicort 100/6 to Seretide 250 and montelukast in the last couple of months. My GP isn’t great and never explains the inhalers to me so I’m not sure which is stronger etc. And he never even explained what montelukast is and what it does...
So I’m unsure, would I fall into the severe category? I’m almost sure not..?
