I started using Fostair three months ago due to a heavy cold affecting my breathing. When the cold cleared up I was left feeling very weak, dizzy lightheaded, upset stomach with acid indigestion tremor ,my asthma got worse and I started to get palpitations.I was bullied by my doctor into using this inhaler as well.
After 48 hours without using Fostair I began to recover completely.

I had exactly the same problem, dizziness, lightheaded, dodgy vision the whole SHEBANG!!!!! Not good .
Spoke to the pharmacist, he said half the dosage to 1 puff in the morning and one at night, top call that was loads better after 3/4 days, not perfect but a lot better👍
Fostair seems to be the first inhaler GPs prescribe generally : I had lots of problems with it , from dizziness to throat spasms all sorts , looking back now after a change of inhaler , to Airflusal, it in fact it dI’d seem it was making my asthma worse ; so not one inhaler suits all is what the message seems to be : just ask for a change of inhaler , there are lots in the market. I guess everyone in meds of any sort get used to side effects, but there are alternatives to try 😊
