Yes I did among many more, the shakes were terrible bad enough not to be able to hold a cup or cut food. The palpitations were bad but was so was the breathless. Many say palpitations pass the longer you are on it but you didn't say how long and how much you take? I went back to seretide. 😊

Thanks for your reply. I have been on fostair for 6 weeks. So perhaps the palpitations will gradually stop.

I was on it for nearly a year. I perseved so long as the symptoms where mild at first and became unbearable as time went on. Because the Consultant was sick for a year and no one would help me, I eventually paid to see someone who helped... best £250 I've ever spent. I do hope you settle but mention it as I feel its dejavu 😊

I've been using both for at least a year, but I've had no ill effects.

Hi - I've been on fostairnexthaler for 2 years now and I haven't experienced any problems like yours. The only thing I noticed after a few months was bruising on my limbs however that seems common for people using steroid inhalers for many years.

Fostair has helped me control and lessen flareups. Hope you are sorted soon. Meds affect us all in different ways x Anita

Hi I've been on Fostair for 2 months, I have found I get pulpatations on it, I take 2 puffs in the morning, 2 in late afternoon, can only take 1 extra dose in middle can give me a really sore throat need to wash your mouth out after helps, I get the pulpatations in the evening which is strange not every evening now, spoke to gp about it they said you can get them. I was on symbicort for years before, but got changed to fostair as was on steroids alot, I've just got another infection on this Fostair inhaler, il see my consultant says may try another one.

Thanks for your reply. I will have to do the same I think. The best inhaler I had was Trimbow.3 ,in I

I was fine for 6 ,months but then got pains in my joints and feet. They became worse.so had to stop taking it.

Now I am getting palpitations every day since being on Fostair.

So like you I will be going back to see my GP.
