Spiriva Respimat problem

Hello

I can't get the unit to produce a mist....

This is only the second time fo me of using this (was on the spiriva handihaler for years before switching)

It took a bit of etting used to - made me cough t ifrst, but, in the last month, I have seen a definite improvement in symptoms since swapping. This time, I just can't get the thing to work. I have checked and double checked that I followed everything correctly in the instructions regards fitting the cartridge, but nothing is coming out when I twist, open, press ....

Any ideas? Anyone else had this problem?

I'm using Spiriva Respimat too, but I've never had any problems.

Thanks for the link, Bobcat_44; it worked fine last time and I did exactly what it said in the instructions with this second unit - just as described in the video. I think I will have to go to the chemist and ask for their advice.
