I am Essy and 32 years old.I am currently hospitalized due to unControlled CVA asthma...I have three nebulizations per day and things seems to under control but the moment I walk out of my room I get coughing....please help!!!is this mental?? my husband says its all in my head. what are other effective and long lasting methods?

It might be worth speaking to your medical team that are looking after you in hospital, I'm sure they'll be able to advise you.
I've been hospitalised twice this year and I've had 8 trips to A&E. I'm only 21. My asthma had been quite uncontrolled lately. I've also spent 1 night in resus. Currently I'm trying to find a combination of medication that works for me. I'm on Fostair 100/6 2 puffs twice a day, Montelukast 10mg, Loratadine 10mg and Ventolin.
My consultant and asthma nurse are trying to help me with this so it will be best to speak to your medical team.
