5 in my area too. However I'm outside all day 😏

Seems like my area will just about escape it tomorrow! Good stuff, I've only just got out and definitely do not want to be back in hospital.

Good luck to everyone else. Stay safe!

Hi butterfly it went down to a 3 in my part of the country and it rained this pm. That probably helped. My chest was twitching to day but that's probably down to me still recovering. When you say twitchy what do you mean? My chest starts heaving ie my breathing gets faster. Then I reach for my ventolin to calm it down. Out and about to day walking and talking set it off. Tonight I was out at a social events and it started again. 2 puffs and waited 5 mins had a puff then waited another 5 mins. Could have been the dusty hall?! Back home now. Chest happy just a bit achy. Goodnight all
