Bit of a tricky night back to back nebulisers for a while took my steroids (35mg)hopefully will do the trick must be the damp where I had my tracheostomy airwaves a bit narrow time for honey and lemon have a good day everyone

Have to find a balance at the moment have never dropped below 30 in the 8 years have outpatients back at Brompton Dec 21 😀
Hi sorry to hear I'm normally on20 mg everyday unless chat gets bad not very often on 20 I'm off to Brompton on 24 for appointment I go every 2 months for hydrocortisone iv but as I was bad this time they done it while I was in hospital last week up on 40mg for now got to start reducing them next under doctors supervision hope u get sorted never know might c u up Brompton one day I'm waiting to have surgery up there and I'm there every two months take care x
Hope the steroids kick in for you. I am on the 4th day and they seen to be starting to work. Fingers crossed .

Been on steroids since Aug , no real side effects just don't like the thought of being on them for so long 😁
Have been on them for nearly 7 years now first tablet form then depomedrone / keno log injections now back on tablets after absorption test at Brompton last month having major sleeping probs at moment or rather like of if tried listening to relaxation music but nothing helps
