Yippee enjoy:-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

No idea what is going on-woke in the night with running nose, thick clear mucus (sorry tmi!) trying to come out and sore throat but not like a cold. Just wanted to be well enough for work today and sleep the night through.

Appt with good GP on my birthday for referral-what a treat

Two year past I was in a similar situation. Demand that your GP refers you to a specialist. It took a trip to A&E intensive care before my GP took note. I have been on steroids since then - 5-20mg a day.

However, I have recently changed my diet to remove all meat and dairy products. It is early days yet, but I have not had any steroids for over a week. I am sure it is the removal of dairy from my diet.
