Have you tried a dehumidifier?
To be honest no never even thought of that. I think one will go on my shopping list anything worth a try Thankyou x
I've had the window open it's been so bad. mind you this morning i woke up to a puddle by my bed :/ (our bedroom is in the attic) breathing seems to be an optional extra at the moment!
Hi, Where do you live? I live in Pembrokeshire. Drawing plans up for an Ark this afternoon!
I have bought a humidifier which I put on my bedside table. It is a cool mist and this really helps. It is made by Homedics ultrasonic humidifier 3.78 litres for a small to medium room. I got mine from Argos and I used distilled water in it which they recommend and I buy this from Halfords. Hope this helps.
I smpathise greatly it's been very much the same down here! (SE) last night had damp muggy weather, asthma and. 24hr bp monitor to keep me awake all night!
The temp has really dropped today, hoping I will be so tired from last nights agro tonight will be a piece of cake! (Wishful thinking)
