Air driven vs. oxygen driven nebs

Hi guys!

I ended up being admitted to a different hospital from my usual local one last week and they had to ring up my normal consultant. She asked them to change my air-driven nebs to oxygen-driven ones (which is what I usually have when I'm in), although I wasn't hypoxic. Does anybody have any idea of why this might be the case?

Thanks
