After 6 days of new inhaler Mometasone Furote Asmemex

have no voice lots of side effects and no improvment

Also trying to write the most important essay of Uni

Any ideas would be very welcome

unfortunately the best advice is probably to head back to your GP asap if you havent already! With lost voice, things like using a spacer, washing out mouth, gargling and i think someone on here said that looking up slightly to where the ceiling joins the walls can help it go into your lungs better, can all help.

however i would suspect that given you said you are getting other side effects too - depending on how hard they are to tolerate and how many other inhaler options you have left to try, it might not be the right one for you.

No improvement is *probably* normal after 6 days as preventers can take a while to work. How are you feeling now?

Heading back to GP asap

it is a twisthaler (a bit like symbocort)

tryed it with a spacer but it didn't realy workout.

pred was the other thing my gp gaive me but had unplenent pred experance so not keen on using it
