Constantly ILL!!!

Hi there,

I'm 19, I have severe asthma due to many contributing factors.

Since Christmas its been one bug after the other, I have had 2 hospital admissions in less than 2 months. Now I have flu and it's driving me mad!!

The flu was mainly in my upper airways but now it seems to be traveling downwards, I have a nasty productive cough and my chest is starting to feel very tight. I am on carbocistine to break down the gunge from my lungs and I also use a acapella machine to clear it, but it's very difficult. I try to use my saline nebs and salbutamol nebs before hand which helps slightly, but running out of ideas, can anyone help??

Cheers guys,

Jordan
