Sofa surfing antics, what are you up to?

I'm soo bored. Last week I started knitting a hat which I finished yesterday and started on a hoodie for my little neice. Today I've been making christmas cards, cutting out glittery green card shaped like christmas trees and sticking glitter stars and seequins to it, feel like I'm in primary school again :).

Did nothing yesterday but go to the docs, and today not much more, just the washing up. So glad I haven't had to go anywhere today. I've been watching the weather outside, the wind and rain have been appauling. I live in North Wales and the floods are epic. The road by my house turned into a river today which has turned into a big lake at the bottom of the hill with the road under it, so we're cut off. I live on a steep hill so not too bad here, except the inconvenience of being trapped in or out of the village. Some of my friends are trapped at work as there aren't really any roads open. But other villages around us are flooded, the kids had to be rescued from primary school and there's a bridge washed away!
