Asthma and hayfever.....please help...!!!

Hi all

Its been a while since i posted anything........I just really need some advise or tips as my asthma and allergies has been out of control for some time now..........i have been on a dose of steriods for some time now and never really recover *what with cold weather.......general winter illnesses..aggreviating it etc ...and a huge allergic reaction in January...to foods, nuts, red preservatives and e-number's... it triggered my asthma huge again and was not an experience i'd like to repeat...if you catch my drift.....

My point in posting today is i am very sensitive at the moment and just felt better for almost 3 wholae days until the pollen rose yesterday and i had huge coughing asthma attacks.......again yesterday, last night and today............

I am on predisoline....just got down to 3 tabs a day after lots of work, cetirzine, piriton, singulair, seretide 250 x 3 am and pm, reliver when required, nebuliser when required...at least once a week now........progress! ranitidine a newbie- commonly used for ulcers but apparantly is a type 2 anti haestimine recepter.... and an epi-pen for when my reactions and lungs really dont like something.......

Guys have they missed anything please help........I need some life experience input...i am in dispair today....

Thankyou for your time guys any feedback would be hugely of help..
