Nebuliser Advice

My nebuliser which I have had since the 80s needs a service and I was wondering if I should buy a new one as they probably will be more advanced. What should I look for, are they all about the same? I have noticed the Omron U222 on the posts has a good review - Omron Microair. Thanking you for any advice.

i av a neb bt its frm the respiratory unit at my hospital and they service it evry year.

Nebulisers should be serviced every year or 18 months depending how often you use it. There are many good nebulisers out there but it depends what you want to nebulise and how often. Omron U22 are excellant for outand about and they are silent. But be careful of the mesh and care of cleaning it regualarly.
