Also using a hot water bottle really helps as it keeps the muscles and tendons warm which makes moving a lot easier

I just saw it, some good tips there Thankyou.

I use turmeric and black pepper capsules for the pain, it works well but doesn't work for everyone.

I do lots of exercise too ..

Enjoy your day 😊

Thanks honey I am about to have a coffee and use my hot water bottle as it has got quite cold now and I can feel the back seizing up as I type I have also used a balm from Holland and Barrett it was the cbd balm and that was very good but expensive and as I’m unemployed at the moment I can’t afford to buy it but everything else works just fine

I tried the cbd oil from Hollande and Barrett but it didn't help me, I don't think it was strong enough.

Im unemployed too, lost my job at Xmas..

Enjoy your coffee ☕

Dude that sucks I was working as a barmaid in 2 different pubs but lockdown has stuffed me right up and trying to get a legal job is just ridiculous as when you mention a disability they don’t want to employ you as you are unreliable because of the illness but hey ho I ain’t dead yet 🤪🍀

Sure you have to put up with it and do your best.

I have applied for jobs and not had one interview but that's life.

I'll just keep on going 😊👍
