Hello everyone

My wife complains of arm pain, she thinks it's due to our cement block wall? Our bed headboard is up against our inner block wall, could this be the cause?

Pain in muscle? Joints? Is it a cold spot? Move your bed, or change who sleeps on which side ?

Does it feel heavy ? Is her arm/arms getting bigger . Or does she notice her sleeves are getting tighter ? Might be start of lipodema . Thats how I noticed mine

we had damp problems and builder told us to always leave a gap between any wall and furniture, cupboards, bookcases, beds etc to allow better air circulation. Damp drying out now. dunno if this might help.
