Methotrexate and cosentyx injections

Anyone been put on cosentyx injections? I h

Ave two injections every 4 weeks good initially when on loading dose but not as effective now anyone else on this

Hi brynedinpad - I am on Cosentyx, like you initially not too bad, but is having no effect now. I see my Specialist next month, where I presume we will be looking at a different medication. The trouble is that I also have PA along with my AS. The 2 do not mix!!

Do let me know how you get on I am going to Rheumatologist on Thursday fingers crossed. Having another bad day. Struggling to continue working
