Hi,I am holding to help myself at home with the pains in my shoulders,I live part of the year in Spain where I swim daily and often 3 times a day,I find this keeps my arms mobile ,but back here in UK I don't have access to a pool and don't fancy wavering my arms about the house like a demented windmill, anyone got any tips?
