Hi.

I have PsA diagnosed 4 years ago. I have been on various treatments and most of them have helped with fatigue.

I have struggled to find one that reduces the inflammation in my joints bit fatigue has generally been better.

Best wishes

What do you take, my fatigue rules my life, I'm lucky if I manage to get out of bed before lunch and will end up sleeping at least 1 whole day a week if not more, and then, of course, the nights you can't sleep because you are too fatigued, any help would be gratefully received, it rules my life and gets me so low emotionally. I was diagnosed with PSA some 30 years ago and things have generally worsened over the years BUT if I could get rid of the Fatigue I think I would cope with the rest of it.

Hi guys.

Don't get me wrong, I have odd days of fatigue and it's worse when meds stop working.

I have been on numerous biologics alongside Sulphasalazine and where they are not generally controlling the pain, they have helped a bit with fatigue. Unfortunately I tend to get other side effects such as itching and nausea on them.

I am currently on Erelzi but have tried Cimzia, Benepali, Ustekinumab, Secukinumab and Apremilast.

Hope you get some relief soon.

What is PSA? I’m a nurse and to me it relates to prostate disease. But that doesn’t seem right on an arthritis forum!

Psoriatic Arthritis = PsA

Not the prostrate specific antigen one I’m guessing.
