Hi I’ve just started Benepali and my pain seems worse the aches all over and the fuzzy head I have psoriatic arthritis and spine inflammation can’t remember the name of that one. Just wondering if what I’m feeling like anyone else has had and if it does improve

I do my Benepali injection at night just before bed and wonder if it means I sleep through the possible fuzzy head? Early days. Could your aches be a cold on it’s way / overdoing it a little? Keep a diary but don’t overthink and be positive! Best of luck.
I decided to do the Benepali injections on a night I work in construction and my job is getting harder and harder by the day I really don’t know what to do anymore. I’m only 31 i don’t want to not work but I don’t know how long I can carry on like this. The pain is getting worse hopefully these injections will help me. I will keep a diary that sounds like a good idea many thanks
Good plan. Keep positive and try to do all others things to help... good diet, exercise to your ability, maybe something to de-stress... read favourite book, meet a friend, go for a walk in a beautiful spot, have a spa treatment, talk to a friend.... you can also speak to your specialist in case he could give you something to tide you over... steroid shot, maybe? I always measure improvement by what I can now do that couldn’t when the RA at its worst ( open jars myself, do up laces, write, press button on my car key fob, use scissors)! Hoping you see improvements very soon.
