Hi if anyone that has taken there case to court can tell me please . If I take my case to tribunal court do I have to pay court costs if I loose I can’t find anything that tells me it’s the only thing stopping me.

There is not usually a charge for tribunal hearings unless you want legal representation. I have been to several including an employment tribunal. I am presuming you mean a medical one for benefits. There is no charge for this unless rules have changed recently. It is just a higher decision maker when you think their decision is wrong not a court as such. Hope this way lays any cost fears you may have . Best wishes hope you don't have to wait too long for your hearing.

Please be careful you only have 28 days to appeal it's worth it get support from your doctor of nurse and if you can get access to child poverty action groups books about appealing they are very helpful don't be out off by the size of the books. Most reference library's have them. I wish you lots of luck .
