I have changed from dla to pip and was awarded standard for living and standard for mobility as i can move on my crutches from my door to my livingroom slowly but my feet bleed they have taken my mobility car of me so now i am house bound they have explained why and are now relooking at it anyone else have the same happen to them i am dreading them finding the same again and not having a car if I appeal after I get the mandatory reconsideration notice do they stop my awarded pip while they decide or do I still get my standard rate

Disgusting and a disgrace, This Tory government are a disgrace and what a way to treat human beings, I would definitely appeal as you clearly need the higher rate to get out, I'm not sure how it works but I would give citizens advice a ring , or give nras helpline a ring and they will help

Thank you I’m going to after they have looked again if it doesn’t change as long as my pip award is paid while it is going through the tribunal

I don't know how old you but a friend was told to get help from help the aged as she was 50 years old (you don't have to be over 65) after being told that there was a couple of months wait with citizens advice and they were quick and really helpful
