G'day Sammy, I have to take warfarin for life and CoCodomol is the only pain relief I can take. I had a partial knee replacement in Nov 2015 and they gave me Tramadol for pain relief immediately after surgery. It was useless. For me anyway, CoCodomol was best.

Hi Sammy, I have OA in knees ( also bakers cyst), hands, elbows etc and take co codamol 30/500 but only when the pain gets really bad.

Have you had knee injections ? they help me

Both can become addictive and then they stop working. Have you seen your consultant recently and asked for a review

I take co-didramol and tramadol together when needed and are excellent, no side effects at all.
