Perhaps a little tongue in cheek; I can't help but notice that when Noel Fitzpatrick performs a knee or hip replacement , his patients are usually up within a matter of days and very often running within weeks. I know the physiology is different but it makes me wonder. Maybe Noel is the man to see ??

I had a THR between 10 and 11am (49 minutes) and was up the same afternoon.
The worst bit was giving myself injections in the abdomen for a month and wearing the elastic stockings.
He hasn't gone unnoticed in my house either as the family have often suggested I should give him a call! Mind you he does have a lovely bedside manner...anyone have his number? 😉

I like your thinking my dog was spayed a couple of weeks ago she was up and running within / days yet when I had my hysterectomy I couldn't do anything for 3 months 😂. Trouble is he may take one look and say there's nothing he can do and put me down!!!
