Interesting article, thank you.
Hi everyone. Awoke at 5.30 today, in pain. Went downstairs put tv on toget election update. Plus did all my back & neck exercises. Then took my medication. Then went back to bed &I slept until 10. Woke up feeling much better. Will this be my new routine!! Maybe. I am having a massage now once fortnightly, it definitely helps.

I would like to know with so much talk about physical exercise , of which many years ago I was involved in a number of sports and having to learn about blood ratio, breathing exercises plus many and varying forms of physical exercises. Today under supervision after exercising it increases my pain threshold, by moving it around the body, especially in water, find when I'm in it the moment I get feel three times heavier as I dry out the muscular pain increases as it moves around my back. Dose any one else experience negativity after exercise. Hermes.

Hi Constance13 & 1/3/4s. LOL. I happened to see you wanted to get 13. in your profile 1.3/4. came into my head. I must stop this silliness and talk about serious silliness? Yes I have just returned from the Physio dept. at our local hospital, re : a telephone that took place last week, arrived on time different Physiotherapist to the one I had spoken to on the phone, but had all the information in notes in his hand, went though them all again plus one or two other questions, one referring too was I under a Rheumatologist? I said no, he said why not I said no one has referred to one. Time had run out I was if I could again in two day's time. Makes me wonder why do the NHS. keep records. Hermes.
