is anyone still suffering with pain when walking after 6 months tkr? my physio has finished and im going to a gym only to use a bike, [ slowly ] and a couple of mins on a crosstrainer. then walk on the treadmill for 10 mins. again slowly. but still after walking e,g shopping, or staying on my feet e,g standing, after 15 mins im in agony! just want to get my life back without the constant pain .... dont know what more i can do.
