Some report weight gain, a handful weight loss, and others don't report any difference.

Hi Pete, Ive been on it (self injected and now infusions) for 10 months and the only weight gain is from comfort eating! No side effects at all so be positive, fingers crossed it helps you and good luck....Lesley

I have been on Tocilizumab for around 5/6 years now, I first started on a drug trial and stayed on. It has been amazing! I have stayed the same weight for years and my symptoms are basically non existent, I hope this medicine works for you as much as it does for me!

Ok guys thanks for the information I do worry about the cancer risk though I have a very strong family history of cancer
