Are your bloods ok?? Might be worth getting them checked and explaining what you feel to your gp also, just an idea :)

You might be low on iron or Vitamin B. Blood work might explain why you are exhausted.

Are you on medication for your arthritis. If so it could be that. I have psoriatic arthritis and the medication I take makes me tired. I also find that if I sleep during the day I can't sleep at night. Hope you get sorted soon xx

Sorry, Nikki, I feel just the same. I keep thinking there must be something else wrong with me, but because of my age (78) I make excuses that it's just old age and constant pain from osteoarthritis! I feel sorry for those on this site who have the same problem and are trying to hold down a job. I don't know how they cope. Best wishes, and a happy Easter to you.

was pretty much the same for me, I think you need to be strong and stay awake throughput the day you will reap the benefits later believe me I have been there....took me a while to get my body clock adjusted but I did do it.

I still have many sleepless nights but that is not because of napping it is due the pain

good luck

Have you ever tried Q10. Think that is what it is called. Available from Health stores. Comes in 2 strengths I think. I used to take it years ago and it did stop me from falling asleep in the day. Later, I started going for Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, And I was able to stop taking it as that helped me stay awake during the day most of the time..
