It ain't about how hard you can hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.

How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done (Rocky Balboa).

Hello, I am Reg from Redcar and I am new to this forum. I have had arthritis for some 29 years. The consultant wanted to fuse my lumbar vertebrae back in 1988. He also told me not lift weights anymore. No thanks Doc. I was already helping people in my gym in the '80s but that set me on the road to study, study and more study. I have kept myself going despite arthritis in my back; shoulders; hip; knees; feet and double curve scoliosis. I am registered with the European Register of Exercise Professionals (level 4 PT). I am qualified in various Remedial Therapies; Rem. and Deep Tissue Massage; Electro-Acupressure; Acupressure; Chair-based Exercise and Yoga.

I practice Tapping and also cycle and lift weights.

Keep moving. Motion is lotion.

Reg, co-ordinator of Redcar Arthritis Care Group.

Wonderful, I am a great believer also to keep moving, I have had 4 hip replacements from first at 32, also knee and back and it is the aquarobics that helps me more than anything, its a motorvator, not always easy I know for someone in constant pain, but listen to the birds and relish the spring and light nights that's what keeps me going, also my husband family and especially our dogsxx
