Naproxen or ibuprofen??

Hi. Does anyone know which is least harmful to take. Ibuprofen 400 mg or naproxen. Particulary on the stomach. I actually find ibuprofen more effective for oa but the naproxen has a stomach protector

Both are as harmful as each other according to my GP.

I find Naproxen better and longer lasting than Ibuprofen for my OA and Reactive Arthritis flares, however if taken for long periods of time both can cause stomach problems.

I think they supposed to do different jobs. Naproxen is for inflammation and normally is more effective but you have to take another tablet to protect your stomach.
