Hi I am on a concoction of drugs for my arthritis and fibromyalgia but I am on abtacept injections and I seem to be getting more and more bruising from them any help welcome this pic is a few days after.

I'm unsure, and it's late, but I have a feeling that vitamin K can help with Bruising.
I think Arnica cream applied is good for bruising.
