Making your arthritis worse or causing it!

Please check out my Aspartame post ( if you can see it - if you can’t they have removed it!) as it details my health issues due to this poison. I’ve already helped someone with Arthritis with this and they are now off all drugs including a £330 fortnightly jag.

If you can’t see my post then questions should be asked why? The Lupus UK forum has banned me from commenting and anyone following. All posts were pretty uneventful so it makes me question if they really want to help their members or is it more beneficial to them if they are sick?

What are the connections to the pharmaceutical companies - if there is a connection they should come clean - now.

I’ve read the post you mention. No one had deleted it. Makes fascinating reading. I’ve always been a water drinker. But I will keep checking labels as there are other bad chemicals out there in ready meals. Ever thought about locking your posts. You may get more replies if you do. These days, I usually only reply to locked posts but wanted to reassure you that your posts are still there and you can check this yourself by going to your profile and seeing all your posts.

Are you saying aspartame makes the arthritis worse? As I drank diet coke for years whilst on a diet with weightwatchers I lost just over 3 stone but could hardly walk with pain as I am also a breast cancer survivor found in 2010 and the tablets I'm on also cause severe joint pain as they're used to kill oestrogen which feeds the cancer I stopped drinking it and started to drink tap water and it's definitely much better to bare now

Hi Sandylo. Yes, sadly, I’m afraid Aspartame causes arthritis as well as over 92 other symptoms. My joints have been seriously affected by Aspartame in sweeteners and also Diet Coke. Arthritis in my hips/knees/ankles and shoulders. I too lost weight with WW’s and it’s it many of their products. Many of my friends and their children have suffered many symptoms - including seizures and losing their driving licence. Please check out the list of things it causes as you will probably be able to tick off a few things that you are not aware of at the moment. Check out the iThrive videos which are good for leading the way with nutrition etc. I hope you continue to feel well. Regards.

I went from the litre bottle of died coke a day to changing to orange barley juice watered down then noticed even that had aspartane in so now it's just a cappuccnowith my breakfast then tap water the rest of the day have stopped taking the large strength cocodemols 8 a day which never helped the pain in all my joints. I just have 1 paracetamol I the morning and 2 before bed as the hip pain is evil through the night

Tap water is probably the safest thing as due to the sugar tax in UK even the full sugar versions have Aspartame and other bad man made sweeteners in them. Please check any medication as things like vit c, indigestion tablets and seizure drugs contain it!

Ive just discovered my calcium D3 tablets that I get from the surgery contain Aspartane.

I’m sorry (and extremely angry!) to hear that Rosepetal60. Sadly, knowing the effects of Aspartame; and believe me they know, the big Pharma companies are adding it to more and more drugs knowing that you will forever be a patient needing medication. Might seem cynical but very true - please look into it more and you will appreciate the manipulative tactics to ensure future profits. Ask your doctor for Aspartame free calcium tablets and hopefully you will see a benefit. Wishing you good health.

Thank you DollyDimples25 for your reply. I had not thought about asking for a calcium D3 tablet without it in, but had thought about asking if the lemon flavoured variety also had it in. Will get on to that in next few days.
