Good morning Butterfly93,

I hope you know that you’re welcome to post anytime. I hope you’re ok. Sometimes an unexpected pregnancy can be a shock. The best thing to do is to take a pregnancy test if you can, and then pop along to the doctors too to speak with them and get support.

Don’t change your medication unless you’re getting advice to do so from a doctor or medical professional.

Write anytime if you need to.

Take care, and thinking of you.

Rachel x

Aww thank you Rachel ! I appreciate that I just spoke to my old psychiatrist and he mentioned to me that if I am pregnant. I can still remain on the medication I am on and it won’t affect the baby if I am pregnant 😆

Thankfully these are the two safest drugs for use during pregnancy. Lamotrigine has a fairly good safety profile.
