Its world mental health day so I wanted to post the below. Just over a year since this illness tried to destroy me in its midst...over 365 days back now... I feel that mindfulness and positive thinking and knowing my limits & daily walks, mums groups have helped me no end on those tough days I kept faith it would pass... I am thankful for my health every day and please God stay well..its been the toughest year of my life to date.

HI Walking45

What a powerful post and positive mantra for World Mental Health Day ❤️ I'm really pleased you have built a support network around you with daily walks and meeting mums on the tough days. Just take things easy .... one day or even one hour at a time within your limits and be very proud of how far you have come. xx

Thanks so much for posting on World Mental Health Day, it's so true, it can be hard to feel that how you're feeling right now can and will change, and that storms will pass. Really glad you're feeling well. I find mindfulness / meditation etc really helpful too. X
