Dear all,

If you celebrate Christmas and New Year, enjoy the moments with your loved ones and friends.

Sending strengths and love to all the mums, who find the Christmas Season more challenging.

I meditate for all mums and their families from all cultures around the globe , where the experience of recovery is still ongoing.

Look after yourself and as always thank you APP and all those special ladies, who are online when help and support is needed.

x
