As postpartum psychosis is an illness I personally suffered with, APP is a charity I hold close to my heart. My personal fear was contracting germs or illnesses and passing them on to my daughter. Therefore avoided anywhere I felt was 'dirty' or contaminated, which was practically everywhere! The charity supported my immensely through the bad times and now I'm on the 'other side' I would like to give something back to the charity and support them. Therefore I will be facing my worst fears and setting myself the challenge of running the wolf run in aid of APP Charity on Saturday 5th September. The Rolf run is a unique combination of three kinds of off road running including mud runs, trail runs and obstacle runs. It's a hardcore 10k run across raw natural terrain, including open ground, woodland, lakes and thick mud. If I can do this I will be so proud of myself and how far along I've come over the past year!

I am now looking for sponsorship to raise money for APP. If you can find it in your hearts to sponsor me and donate at justgiving.com/Hayley-Evans14 I would be eternally grateful. Any help would be greatly appreciated by both myself and the charity. Thank you in advance

This sounds great HayleyNevin! All the best of luck with it. I have just started some exercise to try and shift the weight post PP and babies, there's talk of a muddy obstacle course coming up through that too, I'll try and be brave!! Take care, and well done on this, xx
