As mentioned in an earlier post I've written a book about my experience of PPP and PND. It is being launched in October to coincide with World Mental Health Day. If you 'like' my Day Six FB page you can find out how the book is progressing. I've just posted the painting that is going to the cover. id love to know what you think?facebook.com/DaySixwhenmoth...

Looking forward to reading it and comparing notes! My own episode hit on day 6 and was an amazing roller coaster ride of madness for three months. Wishing you all the best with it, Helen
Just looking at the cover has made me feel really peculiar; I really want to read it. Good luck for the launch. The whole idea of trying to make sense of familiar songs/relationships/symbols and words seems hauntingly familiar.
Hi Jen! Just "liked" your page too. I like the cover of your book and the cover photo of the actual FB page made me smile, I too had scribbles like that... with arrows and names/words backwards. Looking forward to reading it!
I've "liked" your page on facebook too. The cover artwork looks brilliant, very evocative and sensitive at the same time. I'm really looking forward to reading your book. Well done for your hard work to get this far!
