everyday I’m finding myself obsessing with my health,mainly focused on my throat, I keep waking up in the middle of the night and it’s the first thing I think about which then leads to me panicking, this has been happening for the last few weeks. I was doing quite well just had the odd day where I was off but this time I just can’t shift it, it’s really frustrating me and getting me down

Hi dizzychar, when a symptom continues, it should be addressed by a doctor.

It is very common for the anxious person to have throat obsessions due to the

tightness in our muscles. Might be time for a medication change or dosage change

as well as therapy. Something in your life may have caused the health anxiety to come

back in the last several weeks. Anxiety will always try it's best to fool us but make sure

you get it checked out first. I had this at one time and it was anxiety playing it's mind
