i have studied the brian for a year on google and quality medical sites...do you know when and why and where a panic attack starts and why???try googling the AMYGDALA/HYPOTHALMUS AND THE THALMUS/its like a huge electrical based on your thoughts/yout heightened level of anxiety or being triggered to start panic attacke..your brain signals the above brain areas to say HEY I THINK WE ARE IN DANGER OR FEAR NOW/////the bottom line is that the hypothalmus and thalmos send a signal to the amygdala to start a large dump of ADRENALINE AND CORTISOL into our body causing very high levels of a panic attack which i have had probablly 1000 of them over 22 years.///////////////////try to focus on positive thoughts and dont talk yourself into an anxious state to start with/then use any tools you have been told to help bring your panic down to a manageable level//hope this helps you understand the basics of anxiety and pani.
