So, I started this journey on the anxiety boat to hell in September and started the journey on my own. I’ve learned so much in the last few months, and telling my friends and family is probably the biggest & most helpful step!

This evening I told another friend and she asked me if I’d tried ‘Bach rescue remedy drops’ it’s a herbal product and available in Boots.

Anyway I read the reviews and they look amazing!! I’ve ordered them, and I’m excited! I will send an update once I’ve tried them, but thought I’d share my new piece of knowledge ☺️

If anyone has tried them, and they didn’t work, please don’t reply... I’d really like to hold on to this positive mindset and if you tell me they don’t work I’ll try them with that on my mind and that’s never a good starting point!! xx

Hi all, I’ve not written in a while but wanted to update on the Bach rescue remedy for anxiety. It’s liquid gold!!! It won’t last forever ever, but that initial anxious feeling before a date, presentation, or simply someone coming to the house! These liquid drops are incredible!! It’s a herbal remedy, available in Boots, and cheap as chips! If you haven’t tried them, then please do!!
