Crippling Anxiety

Does anyone here have anxiety so crippling you can barely function? I literally feel crazy and like I need help but am scared to take medication.

I feel for u lovely I’ve had it for 10 months it’s left me with agrophobia also the tablets were my last resort as I was so scared to take them also but eventually I did as nothing else was helping

I do!! I have had it so bad the past week I feel like I could go insane at any given moment. I’ve been to the doctor on new meds now but I feel like nothing is working and my head has this indescribable feeling and I’m just scared all the time that this will never go away and that I’m not gonna allow it too. It sucks

That is me, going on a week or more of feeling that way. It is a fearful feeling to say the least. I feel stuck, even unable to wash my hair.
