Health anxiety is ruining me

So I’ve been having severe health anxiety for 3 months and they did a brain scan and some blood tests in the first month and all were fine. But I’m pretty sure I have Eustachian tube dysfunction as i constantly hear clicking in my ears and a lot of pressure that have lasted 3 months. I know this sounds really silly but I really wanna throw up because I feel sick of all this worry but I’m afraid my ears will pop. I’ve heard damage to ear drums due to a lot of pressure etc and I’m literally resisting my Vomit as I’m afraid the pressure in my ears will get worse or pop. I hate going to hospitals so I’m avoiding It at all costs. I also have inflammation of the gum caused by all this stress as I constantly feel like I’m dying. Any tips? Thanks in advance
