Facemask
Hello
Yes I do and heard so many others say so as well , I think it dries them up as well as people complaining of sore throats as well as affecting people with Asthma
Maybe get a salt water spray to help keep your nose and sinus's moist that is what I am finding helps me at the moment
Take Care x
I will try that. It just when I take the sinus meds it works then start all over again when wears off. Wonder if some people think they have vivid with the head pain and sore throat. I know better because I usually suffer every spring and fall with this. This one has stay with me since spring and when we started wearing masks. Health department worker here.
I also know and spoken with lot's of people that this Summer / Autumn we seem to be suffering with more sinus , hay fever issues , the pollen I think is higher than usual
My Son works in a care home , several friends do to they are all complaining about the same thing so I thing it sounds like something that is quite common at the moment
Hope you can keep getting breaks to take it of and breath some fresh air
And thank you for the work you are doing to help keep people safe at this dreadful time to x
Thanks. It's only maintenance but still have to clean after patients leave the area. Never ending process. Thank you again for advice. I don't see the providers here but go to a different facility. Just cannot get in.
Please don't say it is only maintenance , without you the rest could not carry on every role that you play from Doctor to nurse to cleaner and so on are so important we need you all you play a vital role in keeping things moving so thank you again x
Thank you for your kind words
Yessss, all of the time . Seems when i put the mask on. BOOM! Everything just gets clogged up. Seems whatever air ways up in my sinus cavity are shut down. I thought it was just me haha. Some days are not as bad as others and some days oh my gosh. I used to have seasonal allergies but not this year. I take a 24 hrs allergy pill and I use the Neti Pot.
Same here. I haven't used the neti pot. A friend recommended flonase. She is an NP.
