Sudden sharp pains in chest

I keep getting these on the left or right side it’s so annoying I can’t stop being worried about my heart and I’m 16 I got a ekg and chest x ray and still convinced I will go into cardiac arrest or heart attack I’m so sad

The chances of anything been wrong with your heart are about nil , you are young , you have been checked over which would have shown something had there been something there

This is more like Health Anxiety and maybe those pains are a little bit of indigestion as when we have anxiety we do tend to get a lot of indigestion which causes sharp pains

Keep reassuring yourself you have been checked over and have the all clear and this is anxiety trying to keep control of you and nothing else
